The I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection is the result of a collaboration between renowned permanent make-up artist Tina Davies and the world's leading pigment manufacturer Perma Blend LUXE. The set consists of seven essential eyebrow colors, including the new and improved Bolder Brown, and a bottle of Shading Solution.
