Xtreme – Dispurs Color Mixer

The Xtreme Dispurs Color Mixer is a high-precision magnetic mixing system specially developed for tattoo and PMU pigments. The contactless magnetic stirring process keeps all pigments permanently homogeneous, prevents sedimentation, and ensures that colors are ready for immediate use—without any shaking or film formation. The consistent color stability not only improves the result, but also optimizes the workflow in the studio.

Technology & Functionality

The Dispurs Power Unit controls up to eight mixing modules simultaneously. Each module has space for four pigment bottles or cups. This means that up to 32 colors can be homogenized in parallel.
The process is carried out using PTFE-coated magnetic mixing elements, which enable a clean, sterile, and reproducible suspension – regardless of pigment type or viscosity.

Existing pigment bottles can be converted to the new magnetic mixing system using the sterile glass ball remover kits.
